I cannot access as a Gold Member
- You must have purchased a Gold Membership or a Playdad.com membership. If you already have one make sure it hasn't expired.
- Logout and login again, this works a lot.
- Your profile username and password must match your Gold username and password (or your Playdad.com username and password), if not, please ask us to change your login information.
Contact us if you still have problems.

How do I add pictures?
First click "Login" from the menu on the left if you're not already logged in. You will see a link to upload pictures, click it and you'll get more directions.

What is my homepage address?
Your address is in the format seen below :
http://gayaddress.com/USERNAME
You can use lowercase or uppercase letters.

How do I change text or information in my page?
First click "Login" from the menu on the left if you're not already logged in. Then click "Edit my profile" link in the top menu.

How do I remove pictures from my page?
Please see this link for instructions.

How do I read my email?
First login and then click "Email" link in the top menu. Remember that we do not offer a full email service, this is a basic offline messaging facility.

How do I cancel my Gold Membership?
Please click on the name of the billing agent company you used when signing up (see the links below). They will send a confirmation email just after cancellation. Contact us if you face problems.

I'm a Playdad member, I can't view full-size pictures
Login with your Playdad username and password (mind the capital letters), and you'll be able to get full access. If you have a Gayaddress profile and it has a different login, you have to login twice, first with your Playdad login then with your Gayaddress login.

My login lasts for one page only
You must enable cookies in order to login. See this link to enable cookies for Internet Explorer.

Do I gain access to Playdad.com by joining Gayaddress?
No. As said in the join page of Gayaddress, having a page in Gayaddress will not give you access to Playdad.com.

I forgot my Gayaddress username or password
Click this link and enter your email or username, you'll receive your login information immediately in an email. You may want to try your alternative emails that you might have used.

I see an error message instead of thumbnails
Your Internet Service Provider or an internet security software you are using is filtering your referer information, please try to resolve this conflict. Our server will display images only if your browser carries this information.
